Manufacturer Warranty

Every new oxygen concentrator we sell comes with the manufacturer's standard warranty. Terms vary by brand and model — your specific warranty length is listed on each product page.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Premature mechanical or electronic failure
  • Sieve bed performance (where covered by manufacturer)

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, drops, liquid exposure, or unauthorized modifications
  • Consumable parts (filters, cannulas, tubing)
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

Filing a Warranty Claim

We file warranty claims on your behalf. To start one, email hello@homeo2solutions.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or short videos. We'll guide you through the rest and coordinate directly with the manufacturer.

Loaner Equipment

For customers in the greater Alberta area, we may have loaner equipment available while your unit is being repaired or replaced. Availability is limited and on a first-come basis. Contact us to inquire.
