Where We Ship

We ship to all 10 provinces and 3 territories. Deliveries to remote and northern communities may take longer and may incur surcharges from the carrier — these are calculated at checkout, never added later.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after prescription verification (for prescription-required items) or order placement (for accessories and soft goods).

  • Equipment requiring a prescription will not ship until a valid prescription has been received and confirmed.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Carriers

We partner with Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS. The carrier and method depend on your destination, your order weight, and which of our partners offers the best service to your region.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free shipping promotions, when offered, are clearly indicated on product pages and at checkout.

  • Major urban centres

    3-5 business days

  • Rural and suburban areas

    5-8 business days

  • Remote and northern communities

    8-15 business days, subject to carrier availability

Failed Deliveries and Refused Packages

If a package is refused at delivery or returned to sender due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply, and the customer is
responsible for return shipping. We'll always reach out before applying this fee — most issues can be resolved with a quick conversation.
